Tendon Release Technique (TRT)

RM2,200.00

This 2 day program is an essential experience for physiotherapists and bodyworkers looking to improve the quality of life of their patients.

Tendon Release Technique (TRT) can be used on both high performance athletes with repetitive movement stress and sedentary patients who tighten up from long hours of poor posture. We have found it to be one of the fastest ways to release the hypertonic tissue that causes movement dysfunction and pain enabling the body to come back into natural balance.

COURSE OUTLINE

This 2 day program provides essential tools for therapists looking to improve joint range of motion, posture and athletic potential. TRT is effective in the treatment of sports injuries as well as releasing muscle tightness in patients who spend long hours in cramped positions. Combining TRT with our rehab exercise program ensures the muscular skeletal system finds a natural balance that leads to more efficient movement in a happy, healthy body.
